Driller's Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Driller’s Assistant to support our drilling crews in the field. The Driller’s Assistant works directly under the direction of the Driller, helping with rig setup, site preparation, equipment handling, and daily operations. This is a hands-on position that requires physical strength, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions. It’s also an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience and advance toward a driller role.
Residential Pump Installer
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pump Installer to join our team. The Pump Installer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential submersible pump systems primarily for residential water wells. This role requires technical knowledge of pumps, motors, and control systems, along with the ability to work safely and efficiently in the field.
Residential Pump Installer's Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Pump Installer’s Assistant to support our pump installation crews. This entry-level position works under the supervision of experienced Pump Installers to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of submersible and turbine pump systems. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the water well and pumping industry with opportunities for training and advancement.
